Hi, I'm Penny. I’m a Certified NASM Trainer, and I’ve spent 36 years battling my weight - diet after diet, gaining it all back, losing hope.

In 2023, I changed my approach. I started lifting weights, eating protein and whole foods, and treating my body with respect. Three years later, I'm down 70 pounds, stronger than I've ever been, and a certified NASM trainer helping other women do the same.
